The PC680MJ is a 12 volt 680CA/220CCA 17 Ah drycell battery w/ metal jacket and female brass terminals. This Odyssey is a "true" deep cycle battery and also a high cranking battery delivering more than 680 cranking amps and 220 cold cranking amps. Its pure lead design allows the battery to be discharged completely and charged back up over 400 times. The pure lead design makes the internal plates resistant to corrosion and sulfating making the battery more reliable. The Odyssey can be charged at up to 15.2 volts and 50 amps. its is recommended that you use the Odyssey Ultimizer chargers but not necessary. You can use any conventional lead acid battery charger or simply your automobile's alternator. The PC680MJ comes with a metal jacket for applications that are more prone to excessive heat.
