Returns

We understand that buying from our website is not the same experience as if you were to come into our store. While we try to offer as much information as possible on products we sell, it does not compare to actually looking at the product before you buy. Thats why we extend a 30 day return policy starting from the day you received the product. As long as the goods are received unused and still in the original packaging they are eligible for a full refund minus any shipping charges already incurred.

What if the incorrect items were shipped?

Mistakes can take place with the fullfillment process. If we have shipped you the wrong product, please contact us and we will recall the shipment and expedite the correct order.

Custom Assemblies

Battery packs or any type of "custom" orders that are not placed over the internet are non-returnable.

Special Orders

Product that is not a stock item and has been ordered per your request are non-returnable.
