Shipping Info

All in stock items are shipped either from our facility in Lake Worth, Florida or from the manufacturer's warehouse. In addition to UPS and FedEx, we offer flat rate shipping on orders smaller than 15 lbs with USPS. We do ship to P.O. boxes and F.P.O/A.P.O. boxes through USPS. Orders over 150 lbs. may be eligible to be shipped common carrier. International orders are handled primarly through FedEx, UPS and USPS. If you have special instructions for delivery, please include them in the order notes during the checkout process or contact us with instructions for the carrier.

How long until my order ships?

Products that are stock at our facility ship either the same or following business day. Items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer can take up to 48 hours to ship. For more information on which items would ship form where or to see about expidting an order please contact us. Orders shipping Express services must be placed before 2:00 PM EST to be eligible for same day shipping.

Damaged Shipments

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving an order that has been damaged or contained the incorrect items. If you order was damaged we will create the claim with the carrier and in most situations ship a replacement order within 24 hours.

Incorrect Items Shipped

We will cover all costs associated with correcting an order that was shipped incorrectly.
